I just found out that i am Hypoglycimic.

As a bodybuilder Is there something i need to look at?
I was always on the lean side(Ecto-Meso) and i think That hypoglecimia maybe did hinder gains over the years or do play a major role as gaining muscle...

What should i watch for(Diet,training,sleep)
Do i need to train less often? More rest?
Post workout should i eat Low Gi Carbs WITH High GI carbs or just High GI Carbs...

I didnt know why i was feeling tired and sleepy,angry at the world and short fused...

Now i know :(

This can be a good or bad thing, depending on your goals and dedication. I myslelf am slightly hypoglycemic, but i have utilized it to my advantage. If you are bulking, this is terrific, cuz you would want to eat a lot of kcals to build, and the hypoglycemia will help you remember too. It does for me, if i dont eat every 3hrs or so, i start to get real light headed. However, if you are on a cut, its harder, cuz you are in a calorie restriction, and your hypoglycemia will make it hard to do it. If you do a cut, i recommend a good amount of slow burning carbs, like oats, WW bread, etc, to help stave off of the hypo feeling. And it will keep you up and moving too, and they have minimal insulin reaction, therefore you can still cut with them.

Training and sleep doesnt need to change, same protocol as if you were anybody else, at least 8hrs of sleep, and eatin clean.

As for PWO nutrition, i recommend a combo, whey, dex/malto, and some oats. That way, you get your protein need, and both slow and fast burnin carbs. Dont worry about the dex/malto, you wont be using as much as some do so it wont hurt your hypoglycemia. Hope this was helpful to you.
