Someone answered my email

Today I was checking my mailbox and this is my regular mail box and I see a letter from the state senate I'm like wtf is this? anyway someone saw my email not sure if Thad Cochran read it but his signature is on it. I thought it was pretty cool I was goin to upload the letter but it says file size too big.
