Dave's online diet got me from about 12 to 8% in less than 5 weeks, but it definately cost me some muscle mass as well. By the end of the diet my face was so sucked in my GF said "I just want to feed you a cheeseburger" hahah. Would I use it to lean up fast again? Probably, would I do it for a contest prep? Hell no!!! I would go from massive to meth addict look in no time.
