You hit the nail on the head.
Beach lean but that was about it.

I think just goes to show that there may be a bit more to some of this than some realize but it's still a pretty good base for someone just trying to lose some fat - if you want contest prep and want to do THIS TYPE OF DIET - then contact Dave for optimal results.

Dave's online diet got me from about 12 to 8% in less than 5 weeks, but it definately cost me some muscle mass as well. By the end of the diet my face was so sucked in my GF said "I just want to feed you a cheeseburger" hahah. Would I use it to lean up fast again? Probably, would I do it for a contest prep? Hell no!!! I would go from massive to meth addict look in no time.
 
I have a friend of mine who is getting back into training hardcore again with me. We both been off since 2006 but still train. Anyway he hooked up with a local BBer who wrote him out this diet. He changed him $100 bucks for it....

Now my buddy is 5'7-5'8 175 lbs. Not sure on his BF% but he not fat. His "trainer" told him that he will be able to add some quality size with this diet as well as drop some extra BF to really lean up.

Meal 1 Atleast 6 whole eggs
Meal 2 50 grams protein w/ 2 TBS nat. peanut butter.
Meal 3 8 oz chicken 1/2 cup cashews
Meal 4 Same as meal 2
Meal 5 8Oz. Salmon w/ 1 TBS olive oil
Meal 6 Same as Meal 3
Meal 7 This is if he is hungry before bed....Same as meal 2.

Thats it....Now when he showed me this I just laughed...My buddy got alittle upset....not sure if it was because I laughed or because he paid $100 bucks for this lol <--- (JOKE PPL I'd never kick my bro when he is down)

Anyway I told him I would post it and see what you bros/sista all thought.

nice diet for some one who wants to lose "weight" meaning a lot of muscle... and some fat. If taking this approach there needs to be almost no lean chicken and all fat, and I hope this is just "day 1" and it changes over the week. Because obviously he will need to carb up frequently. Its a very poorly written diet.

exactly. man what is there 20 carbs in that diet. i wouldnt be able to walk to my car after the gym after 1 day with that diet:eek:

hell the diet I use has pure keto days but no lean protein, that much protein is inhibiting your fat cals, and you need to fuel off efficient fat on your keto days. I also rarely use them some times only 1-3/month during a diet.

I believe this was just to get him start from understanding. He was supposed to train with him tonight and I guess dude called and said he coudlnt make it or some shit.
 
In all honesty I have heard of people paying a lot more for diets. I personal train clients day in and day out. I truly love my job and helping people out. In all honesty I help people for free all day long simply because I have been there before and a lot of it does not take anymore than 5 minutes of your time. Servitude matters more than anything - a trait a lot of people are losing. So to chime in on this I am conflicted because I am in the industry, I do not proclaim myself as a 'guru' because I myself use one simply because I like someone else to handle my crap for me, but I can see people chargining for it. The guy probably figured if I am going to waste (lets say 30 minutes because he is slow at research) and the guy wants it bad enough he can give me 100.00. So much of it seems to be paying dues lately it actually has turned me off of the bodybuilding community. If I get overwhelmed with questions from competitors (not natural of course) I just refer them to this site. :)
 
that diet is bullshit bro. He wont gain shit without carbs, thats not even enough carbs for cutting let alone building mass. I'd be asking for a refund
