Well SHIT...just when things were going good!!!!!!!!!!!
I strained my PEC big time...I think this happens to just about anyone that has 15 years of training under their belt???
Well someone was using the incline bench, so I decised to do the flat(have not done it for 4 months). I more than usual on the warm up to make sure that I had enough blood flow. Well after the second to last set, I had some tighness in my upper mid chest area. I thought it was just the pump from the Dbol and the extra warm up sets. Well the first rep of the final set, I heard a CRUNCH...like the sound of biting into an apple. I heard this over the sound of my headphones...the spotter heard it and asked what the hell that was. I told him it was my chest...not good. Well, within 10 minutes I could not bring my arm across the middle of my body...
it is the next day and I have better mobility, but it hurts like hell.
Well...SHIT there goes the good gains I have been making...looks like I will have to push it even harder when i heal.
