I MUST HAVE SCREWED UP THE RECIPE! GOOD GOD THAT WAS SOME AWFUL TASTING CRAP. HERE IS WHAT I DID.....2 CHOPPED CUPS OF RED DELICIOUS APPLE...(ONE APPLE) 2 CANS TUNA, 1 TABLESPOON FLAX SEED OIL AND SOME CRYSTAL LITE ICED TEA, 2CUPS OF WATER. BLEND AND SERVE. WELL, MY RECIPE WAS NOT GOOD! HAHAHA....... BUT I AM HUGE NOW!
