I want to buy a power sled but...

I don't know what to get, I can choose from either a waist belt or a shoulder harness.

I figure some of you guys played football and used these...what do you guys recommend?

We only have waist belted sled at the gym I use and I've seen people that use them consistantly have awesome results. I'll ask the gym owner today which is better and why and repost. J.R.

Yea I went and bought it, thanks guys. I cant waist to use it. I also picked up an ironmind pulling harness to drag cars and stuff. Should be awesome
