with a good handfull of pros and a lot more high level competitors on this board i would really love to know what you guys think about protein supplements and which ones you use. i'm sick of hearing 17 year olds parroting what the guy with the most posts said last week. so.... indulge me please.
how much of your total daily protein (in grams) do you get from shakes?
do you use just whey or a blend of different proteins?
do you even supplement with protein powder?
personally, i hate protein shakes, they make me sick, and i always feel that i'm cheating myself out of what my body really needs and craves - REAL WHOLE FOODS, but i'd like to hear what you guys have to say.
