One question though. Can you use less and still see results while supplementing with whole food/and or whey? I mean using a lower dose will the effects diminish? And how many use just them with whole food, versus uses them with whey and whole food? Just curious. I am under the impression you are supposed to use half a bottle per day. Is that all the protein a person would need????? Everyone is different so i will have to experment. Oh and i have heard very few negative reviews about this product, whether it be on this board or others....oh wait i don't frequent other boards cuzz they suck!
