I think I've got a national level set of glutes as far as musculature is concerned. Too bad nothing else is, especially my legs! Over the training years I've tried pretty much every leg excercise combo, and its like my ass has been on gear while the rest of me wasn't :/ do you think squats are the main culprit? I do wider stance because I'm pretty tall. Its just so hard to not make squats a mainstay because it seems like no other excercise reaps the same results.
