5'10" 202- down from 226 6 wks ago- was doing increased arobic/high reps low wt watching fat and cal

now have increased cal and protein past 2 weeks

test cream 100mg /day
proviron 50mg oral qd
d bol 40mg/day 2weeks- on 2nd week of 50mg- little increase in strengh

(also on HCTZ for past 3 yrs)

am getting a decent pump that last few hrs after workout- in past always got increase in strengh way before I saw any increase in pump(again 15 yrs ago)

? when I can expect to see an increase in strengh?which is really what im most interested in

Start training heavy and get adequate rest and nutrition - make sure you get at least 3g of L-Leucine (among other things) immed post workout to ensure adequate protein synthesis.

getting old is NOT the problem

everytime i cut weight, i feel weaker
everytime i drop cals i feel weaker
everytime i switch from heavy to lighter(reps) and try to go back i feel weaker

the code word here is "feel".....its all in my head

your probly just overthinkin it man

test cream 100mg /day

Is this 100 mg of test a day or 100 mg of cream (carrier) with 10% test component? The reason I ask is the topical gels only deliver about 10% of the actual test in the gel, so if you are using 100 mg of topical testosterone a day (actual test), you are actually getting 10 mg of test a day delivered into your system.

In my experience with Androgel and Testim gels (I am almost 56) , they are good to get you in the normal zone for daily function, but don't expect too much in the way of big strength gains.

You're better off with going with test e for the purposes of strength training. Any type of test cream will do nothing to help you lift. It's purpose is to put you in the normal range of test levels.

Post your pre/intra/post workout shake and I'll tell you what you need. Thats the most important thing imo along with a healthy diet if strength is your priority. Also lets see some lifting numbers.

You'll learn to love them after a while and then after a long while it'll just become a little chore...Better than that cream I bet though. Unless you have it covered already through insurance just get your's from www.sterilesyringes.com They have and are the very best.

early am (6-6:30am) bowl of wheaties/bananna
am- omlet- lean bacon
lunch
turkey /egg salad or tuna sandwich wheat bread ( tomatoes/lettuce mustard )
sometimes add side salad
afternoon
whey shake- HB eggs 2 or 3

dinner (post workout)
meat/ veg and rice or pasta
eve yougurt- more HB eggs
late eve whey shake

also doing BCAA's and FF aminos tabs- extra l tryosine
( if Im starving in th eve I'll eat anoth er bowl of wheaties)

on sunday- I eat whatever is for dinner - usually something good- egg plant parmasin last week

First of all I dont see any amounts. I guess you are not measuring your food? I see almost no essential fatty acids. Not a good timing on carbs also. If you are measuring your food post the amounts.

good GOD. You're eating like that and you still think its the drugs your taking, not the diet? I dont make a lot of contributions here, but I feel like I need to in this situation. Take this and run with it. If you follow the pre/intra/post workout shake that I pm'd you and do it every workout, it'll be the difference between night and day when it comes to strength.

Dude, your diet looks like something a woman would eat. No offense. You need more cals. More protein, carbs and fat.
 
IMO, I agree, you need a better diet. If you are getting HRT, switch over to test E shots. At 58, you should not have a problem. Your problem is Dbol will elevate everything, my guess, it is not presciption.
