You should know that "bulking" and "vascularity" do not go together.
Bulking means you gain weight - which is accomplished mostly by over-eating and training and sleeping -your muscles get larger, your fat gets larger, side effects..everything is more more more
Fuck the 2% brother and just comitt if thats what you want to do. I'm just some loser that doesn't know dick, but it seems like a waste of time to spend the time to drop the 2% just to gain it back again a week later. Just focus that energy size. Plus tis the season to pack on pounds anyway.
You know, it really all depends on your personal preference....what you want to look like when done bulking.
For example, if you were at 20%.....I'd say sure, loose the extra fat since when you are done, you might be at 25-30% and wouldn't look good at all. But since you are at 12% now, I personally would just bulk! It's about to be winter after all, and you'll have time to loose the extra fat after you bulk before it's bathing suit time again.
But if you do not want to ever get over 15% for example, then sure, cut if first.
It's all what you want to do bro and how you want to look when your cycle is over.

I just wanted to ask if It was a good idea to stay under a specific BF % (when bulking) to stay in the ballgame rather then ending up with more BF that would take alot longer to get rid of?
So Im asking is if I should cut down to under 10% before I start to do a bulk phase.
