IGF 1 / blood test question? but not related.

thinking of using IGF-1 and saw lots of people use it with bac water. my question is can i use the sythetk stuff in the same pin? such as synthergine, syntheselen? lots of post say not to mix with oil solution so would these products compramise the IGF in any way?

also , i got a recent blood test and cant seem to find any numbers for the liver test, my ast and alt levels were 81 and 92. normal range was 0 - 40. just how high are these levels? should i wait til they come down a bit before i go on again?
