I did mine post workout. I did not notice water retention. Main effect was better pumps.
 
Can this be shot sub Q or have to be IM in the muscle worked?

I think I'll research Igf1-Lr3 old skool next time since it was recommended by a pro; 100mcg pwo IM. This is similar to how I researched it my very first time and it did produce the best results I've gotten from Lr3.
 
I researched it in different ways. One was 25mcg 20-30 minutes before each meal with carbs. Fucking had that all day pump Jack

Not to derail the thread,but somebody brought out the big guns!! To get you and JJB1 on the same team!! Y'all are to of the smartest on here!
 
Whats the consensus as far as everyday or only on workout days for LR3 research?
 
Lr3 should be taken 2-8 hrs post workout after Mgf has responded.
If using Insulin, lower dosage as igf has an insulin response of its own that
lasts for hrs. After dosing I consume more micros than any other time of the week and still have a total recomp following.
Hgh ad ghrp's during Lr3 administration will not be as beneficial since all igf binding sites are saturated.
I also only take prior to a day off as LR3 will interfere with mgf for up to 24hrs.
Take IM, atleast some will hit target muscles before going systematic.
100 mcgs seems to be the sweet spot again with tons of micros.
If your looking for pump use arginine. lol

so im running a low dose of 6oiu a day GH and wanted to add in the IGF-1 but when and how much do i take?

I just started working with a pretty good coach in the industry who advises me to pin the IGF in each head of the biceps, the inner and outter heads of the tricep, on the upper and lower portions of the quad sweep, and above and below the peak of the ham - 10mcg each pin, coming to a total of 160mcg. I do this on MWF 1.5 hours before I work out. immediately after I pin, I have a shake with vitargo and a high glycemic carb. I can say that my pumps are literally unbelievable and the fullness is incredible. I do trust this bodybuilding coach too, as anyone would. maybe give this a try.
