Hey bros,
I had a flare up of tendonitis in my right elbow about seven months ago. I did everything I could to reduce the inflammation but it took a long time. It's still not completely healed but I'm able to do most kinds of rowing. I still have a bit of pain when I do cambered curls.
I discovered that I had a weird sleeping position that put a lot of tension on the tendon and once I changed that habit, I made some progress. I'd like to get rid of it totally.
I'm wondering if IGF-1 would have a beneficial effect on my tendon?
Also, has anyone had any experience with Pentosan? Some guy told me that he combined Pentosan with IGF-1 and injected this to treat an injured bicep. I'm wondering if it would help my tendonitis.
