I'm overwhelmed with protein choices. What do you order. Pea beef hemp isolate cold

There are so many choices when ordering - every time I go to order I go on a popular site. That lets you make your own blend.
While it's great to have so many options. I find myself never ordering because I just give up due to being overwhelmed trying to decipher if I need cold filtered etc etc etc.
Don't want to mention name in case they are not a sponsor. But IMO owner is a great guy and for years I keep going there to order. And between grass fed. Or New Zealand grass fed or hydrolyzed, cold filtered, concentrate, micellar etc etc.

I miss the day when there was whey casein and maybe one other.
Please lmk what you order. Idk why sites don't just have a few simple mixes. One for meal replacement- post workout high in dextrin and nighttime.

i don't drink a lot of shakes but when i make an order the ones in bold is what i get, a 60/40 mix.

I can maintain 202pds on 18 beers and a Steak dinner.
To maintain 250lbs is another story.
I guess I could force down 60 eggs a Day to reach 400 gms of protein...lol
For the 1000 carbs I could just eat a couple boxes of PopTarts!
Currently bulking at 265 lbs so I need all that Plus shakes.....

Whole foods. Shakes are such a waste. Steak, fish, chicken, eggs even some good old cottage cheese

Food IMO is the way to go. But work over 75 hours a week. Unf eating like I want to. Compared to how i have to is the issue. Only way to get enough is by adding shakes between meals. Takes two minutes compared to needing 20-40 min. Self employed with three businesses goin at once.
