I have been on zero carb for about 2 months now and yesterday
I decided to take a cheat meal ,not cause I was hungry just upset.
I ate filet mignon with also asparagus and some white rice.
Then I woke up today hungry.i ate an apple,peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a little left over icecream and I also haven't been to the gym in almost a week.
Sucks cause I didn't even feel hungry now that I ate carbs I'm craving food again
 
Sounds like you have successfully developed an eating disorder, congrats.
 
Well you may as well open the coffin now and jump on in. Those little bit of carbs will probably be your demise.

I haven't gone below 300 g carbs this cut in any single day and I'm ripping up fast. Carbphobia getting out of hand these days. Haven't had one single cheat or slip up in 5 weeks as carbs keep cravings at bay and I feel good. A calorie deficit is a deficit carbs or not.

Same happens to me. When i first stop carbs the cravings are crazy but they eventually go away. The problem is if I take one bite of anything the cravings come back. Thats why sometimes I feel cheat meals do more harm than good.
 
There's nothing wrong with a low/no carb diet, but thefew times I've done one, I refeed every 7 days after I go keto...
 
Why so many people still afraid of carbs? I eat rice with my last meal every day of my life, though I amnot bodybuilder ripped nor im I trying and if I was as one mentioned enjoy the carbs, just work harder in the gym or HIIT cardio....its all about insulin release anyways not NOT eating carbs. CArbs are ok to eat and will not make you fat unless you do not know how to control the carbs you do injest.

Also two months carb free with that tad of a refeed most likely made you look great in the mirroe nothing wrong witha refeed
 
Bro it seems like you have some coin , why don't you have someone do your diet 4 you?
 
keto usually allows up to I think 30 grams a day after your in Keto. And almost all keto diets have a refeed day every 7-10 days

Work on your mental health first. Mind comes first. Most people jump into things not mentally prepped for unexpected twists.
 
going no carbs for 2 months is gonna have you losing lots of muscle too. If I`m on a no carb kick it goes for 2-3 days max, then normal clean food for 2 days, repeat. I found this to get me lean the fastest, while (most importantly) maintaining all my muscle and sanity.
 
I can admire the fact that your so anal about your diet...I think some of the best smartest people I know are a little anal about there respected interests, And ow my god 2 months no carbs u are a better man than me ....sorry tried to find another word for anal but nothing quite sounded right...
