i was told that if youi come back from a break and start working out, i hear that if it gains back real quick that it isnt lean muscle mass, my buddy was talking about this i was just wondering if he is a know it all or what i am just sick of getting faulty info everyone wants to know it all out there. so i would like good info please, just wondering for education sake
