I was at a powerlifting meet this weekend with my training partner and when he was benching he forgot to sink his shoulders and messed up his shoulder pretty bad. he can't move it as all and is in constant pain. my training partner is on hormone therapy becuase his body does not naturaly produce testosterone (his netural test count is 70, with injections its about 800). so on the way back home from the meet he asked me if it would be a good idea to do his next injection directly into his shoulder to help it recover, and i don't know if that would help since it seems like it more than just a muscle injury.
do yall think it would help at all if he did his next injection or two (injects every 3 days) directly into his shoulder? or would it just put more pressure on the joint and possibly do more damage?
