I have two questions but I will wrap them up into one single post.
1) I have what I think is a serious injury to my left lat. I have not done back since early May. ANY attempts to do movements like chins hurts so bad I cant even do one. If I had to put it on the scale of a one to a ten then the pain trying to do chins is a 8 or 9. I went from being able to do 3 sets of 15 easy to not even one. I havent tried any other movements like rows to see if the pain is the same I am too scared. The werid thing is that even on movements that have nothing to do with back like holding the barbell doing curls or shrugs I can still "feel it" in my lat. I do not remember any single workout where I hurt my lat just one day it just started hurting. I mean the pain is pretty bad. I start to do a chin and I cant even pull up a few inches. I feel like if I just forced thru it and did the chin I would tear something. Anyhow what do you think it is? What kind of doctor do I go to have this looked at? I have about 6 weeks left on the job before I lose my health insurance so I want to get this looked at before then.
2) Here is my cycle question. Just looking for suggestions. I am very experienced for starters. I have a fairly large amount of Winny, Prop and Test Susp available for use. I am wondering how you guys would dose it for max gains. MY stats are I am currently 5'9 227, age 35. Pretty strong (max bench around 430) I am looking to put on some seriosus size and strength while remaining as water free as possible. I just came off recently (1st cycle in about 4 years) and gained 15 pounds, ended up keeping 9 of those and allot of the strength. How would you guys run the above for max gains.
