So I took full advantage of this con leave for the shoulder...loaded my smoker up and made the haul to where my GF is stationed at.
Decided to put the smoker to good use early this morning. She invited some peeps from her squadron. And this is what happened next lol. 15lbs of ribs and a 13LB pork butt specially cut on the lean side for me!! And somehow I still managed to get my workout in lol. (Thank god for garage gyms lol)
