If someone’s carb total for day is 800, and they decided to have say 300g carbs preworkout with only 10 units of insulin, is there any issue with this?

Hold up, is this immediate (within 30m-1hr) for pre and post carb totals?Not a monster unfortunately, just on my feet all day. 300g carbs pre 300g post, 150g M1 and 150g last meal, 50g intra. This is for training days of course.
But indeed I do own one and check my morning fasted blood glucose! It is the most expensive Walmart brand one, not sure if I should get something better.

Why not just eat more fats? Plan is to eventually get out of this line of work though, taking online courses currently for something that can hopefully have me working from home in the future.
