so I did my workout today, and at the end I usually do 1 set of abs a few reps short of failure. Well today I did abs cable style with the rope and did crunches. I went to absolute failure for the first time in a while, probably got about 30 reps. I then went on to hyperextensions. As I was coming down on the second rep, my abs cramped up and I felt everything shift around. I got off the hypers and called it a day. They feel a little sore, but no protrusions (yet) any ideas?
