irritated skin, any advise?

I have this annoying problem with my skin, I have these little red dots that seem to be at each hair pore. It’s mainly on my upper arms, but also pretty bad on fore arms. Some days it looks worse then others, it’s hard to explain. Just looks like little red dots, I’m pretty self conscious of it, and not sure if there are any creams or any products out there that can help. My gf said its just dry skin but moisturizer isn't helping. I noticed other guys have it; I cannot recall seeing it on a girl, so seeing that this forum is full of guys hopefully I can get some advice maybe from some one who also has it.

Go to a Derm and see what they say. It could be alot of things from an allergic reaction to the first stages of scoriasis (bad spelling).. Are you under alot of stress? I got shingles once from stress but it was painfull.

I would get it checked out though.

IT SOUNDS LIKE

IT KIND OF SOUNDS LIKE WHAT MY FRIEND HAD ON HIS UPPER ARMS AND SHOULDERS. IT WAS ALL FULL OF TINY LITTLE RED DOTS.... MY FRIEND SAID IT WAS A FORM OF ECSZEMA. THE DOCTORS PUT HIM ON A STEROID CREAM AND HE IS ALL CLEARED UP......
