Is it OK to list a scammers information. I wanted to make sure before actually doing it so I wouldn't be breaking any rules. I just want to make sure no one else gets burned by him. He got me for $1400.

anytime you feel you have been scammed, e mail a mod first.. let them try and work it out.. if the source has a different story, then their is not a lot you can do.. so make sure you keep all communications and even the mail receipt.. cover your ass. if yo have all that and the source is screwed because he had no evidence to help his case.. then we can yell from the roof tops that he is a scammer..as for pl..that does surprise me although he has been know to have piss poor communication and bad ta time..products have always been decent..too bad

No definitely a different scammer, JJ.... Well, you DID open yourself up for that one!! hehe ;-)

As the other mods said, that's the way to go. Besides, best outcome is you get your gear, right? Well if the source just made a mistake or there's a problem, the way to get it is by having the mods help out (just a mediator really). Post SCAMMER all over the boards (and usually people will believe the drama) the source is very unlikely to bother to fill your order after that, and it's been known that when sources have gotten a touch behind, had scammer posted everywhere, they've just decided "too hard" and pulled up stumpes (becoming the hype). anyways, drop #A50 a PM and see what he can do for ya. PS - that in there is not an excuse for any scammer... fair's fair and you either fill and order or you give the money back.

I wish someone would have warned me about Phil's scamming ass. I know I placed an order for a pump this fall so I could use it all this winter and have some decent results for all the little biatched at the beach. But guess what, still now pump WHAT THE FUCK!
