I have no idea how to reconstitute these sorts of things and am looking at it for healing purposes. Any good sites or info guides that make it easy to understand?

Iv always mixed 2.5 ml of water with the 5 mg. Then I use 1 iu twice a day and it lasts 10 days. That’s how my friend showed me. Works great. I’m doing it right now
