Isolator fitness set.

Has anyone tried those isolator fitness sets? I know now they have a shoulder, chest, lats set but now they have a bi/tri strap to, been watching some videos on youtube just wondering how well they really work?

I do. Earlier this year I had some major tendon issues in my left forearm, I couldn't do any lat or delt work because of it. The problem would not go away.

I used the isolator for a few months to work around the issue and it allowed me to heal up while still working the muscles. It took a few tries to get it right and is a pain in the ass to use but it does work as advertised.

Once I was healed I stopped using it though.

tried it at a show. tore up my arms, broke blood vessels, bruised for 2 weeks in a line where the strap was both arms. Not what was expected. did a handful of pullups and a handful of cable flys. I would hate to see what would have happened if i did a couple of sets
On the other hand, Dana is incredibly nice
