so one of my clients is very busy at his job about 2 days a week he has alot of troble following his diet and ends up either eating nothing or just eating shakes all day and 1 maybe 2 solid food meals when his regular diet is 6. i am at a loss at what i should do for him and was hoping for some input from you guys. i wana just tell him to suck it up and find time, but he has paid me a lot of money to help him with this. he basically only has time for mornings and evenings to eat on these days. what do you guys think.
