Most of my clients are general public type people not interested in the athlete way of life or structured dietary lifestyles. So I give them all a cheat day to enjoy what they want as incentive as long as their daily eating remains solid for the previous 6 days.
For me, so far today
breakfast
10 - flapjack style pancakes (twice as thick- get at Target)
lots of orange juice and 2 glasses of milk
snack
2 cups yogurt with 1tbsp. all natural honey and 1.5 cups almond granola
lunch
CHINESE FOOD!!! - entire serving chicken w/ cashew nuts
apple slices with peanut butter
thats as far into the day I am so far. this is the ONE good thing about Sundays.
