Hey fellas stay on our brother Ivan for me .The guy trains as hard as anyone ,has good genetics ,and is smart as fuck when it comes to super supps.But in the past he has failed to reconize just how important diet is .I recently gave him a few bits of advice and I need you guys to help me stay on his ass so he can achieve his personal best [size wise] by feb,He will be working at BIGA's booth and wants to be an impressive representitve of this board and it's sponsers.If this guy would eat and eat quality, he would blow up big time.So stay on his sorry ass for me fellas we wouldn't want him to embarass himself or us come time for the Arnold!LOL!.......Get your meals in Ivan.....Eat fucker.....Quit acting like a Frenchman!...LOL!
