I've been seeing more and more mainstream sports interviews with Jay Cutler since the Olympia. In this interview, he talks about how some people are all disappointed when they meet him because they were expecting the football Jay Cutler. Can't imagine anyone being disappointed when meeting Jay!

Of course he's going to bullshit like crazy when asked publicly about AAS. A buddy of mine who's a marine and knows absolutely nothing about AAS met Hidetada Yamagishi and asked him if he took steroids. He said Hidetada got extremely pissed and said "NO! NEVER!!!".

Then there's the famous Ronnie Coleman answer to the question "Do you take steroids?" in which his response was "no I take cell-tech".

With social stigma regarding AAS rooted in fear, propaganda, and ignorance, what do you expect?

I think he handled the "steroid" topic extremely well and very politically. That's what being a spokesperson is all about. If you don't have any finesse, then you'll just stick your foot in your mouth. He didn't. Besides, are people going to understand if he just came out with this? "Basically, steroids are only the foundation of a good 'supplement' protocol at my level.
