Joint Pain from Dehydration??

I'm on Adderal XR 30mg, doctor prescribed. I lift heavy (for me:rolleyes:) and I am 46. I'm also a triathlete so I spend a lot of time doing cardio - the swim-bike -run stuff.

I have noticed significant joint pain of late. Can it be dehydration? I've made an effort to drink more and I even added 200mg of Dec per week for some extra water retention. I also take 1000mg of fish oil.

I do not compete, but those who do, when you are cutting water do your joints ache? Back in my drinking days I had a surgeon for a roommate and he used to give me IV fluids for my hang overs. Maybe that's a thought?
 
I would up your fish oil to at least 6,000 or so , I use 12-15 grams a day and it has helped.

as for the dehydration I'm sure that it would play a role in joint pain as well as host of other health problems. I know I feel like complete shit if I don't get enough fluids

why are you staying dehydrated??

I have joint issues when I run dry compoumds, especially Tren and Winny. I add in 200-400 deca and it usually helps alot. Also, try using wraps for wrist and knees, it will help alot with residual pain after lifting

I have a difficult time drinking enough. I average about 1.5 hours of cardio 5 days a week. I added 200mg of Deca for water retention.

But I will significantly increase the fish oil and make the effort to drink enough water.
