100% tight tendons. Get deep tissue work, preferably from a qualified chinese deep tissue worker. They will HURT you, but they'll fix the problem.
When I had the exact same thing happening many years back, the one that I saw told me that if he can't fix me in 3 sessions, I can't be fixed (I was so bad, I hadn't squatted in 18 months). After the first session I was able to squat again!
So be ware of the ones that say that you need many months worth of treatment, like all the bullshit physios do. I saw physios for those 18 months, sometimes as much as 3 times a week, and they did nothing!
can anyone suggest something that dulls or gets rid of joint pain for about an hour while i work out that i wont get addicted to?
