Jethro, we bumped back up her calories some when we knew she was close to being ready so far out. She cut some chicken out and added 8 lbs of steak per week. Also stopped rotating carbs. As of now, then plan is to just eat what she's doing now all the way up to the show and add a few more carbs a few days before. Not going to mess with the water as it may make her appear harder...which the judges are trying to get away from.
mainevent, she has a pro female bber helping her out witht he diet this time. The last time she competed, Wyldeone did it. I learned so much from him on female prep and from talking to many female bbers on how they prepare that I do it very well myself. However, I'd much rather let someone else to deal with it as it creates problems when your spouse tells you to get your ass in gear and were going to have to cut back your carbs.LOL I'd rather prep a female than a male as I find it more challenging as it's a little different than a male. Her training is 4 days on/ two off. She trains heavy and hard. She refuses to train with me as she says I'm a slacker,LOL Her cardio is only 40 min per day in the morning on the bicycle.
