I followed Sebastian's prep YouTube series. Super high quality and professionally done. I'm a fan although some people find him arrogant. He's confident and has a great classic physique. He trains under Phil Viz who I also really like.

He just returned to social media after an out of top 5 finish. He caught a lot of hate similar to Derek and left social media for a while. He explains here including how he got some fake gear and that tanked him at the end.

Idk how that happened at that level. Anyway, hope he stands back up and doesn't let the hate get to him. This is the "aftermath" video. Check out the others in the series. Pretty good.

When you hear about guys competing at Nationals getting fake gear, Andrew Berry's recent mention of top Olympians using fake gear, etc., it should make everyone want rigorous testing done. It absolutely sucks that not enough guys here supported the testing program to keep it going.

This guy or whoever does the videos is an incredibly talented cinematographer and editor. He's a pretty good bodybuilder and seems like a very ordinary dude with a very ordinary life and ordinary personality (and I don't use the word ordinary in a negative way here, but you can pretty accurately predict what the dude will say well before he says it), but wow the filming/direction/angles/music etc are all absolutely amazing and it makes the experiences of a fairly normal dude incredibly interesting.
