Have them sent to my house monthly. A great way to add to vitamins and mineral supplementation, well my wife got me hooked on them. She always supplemented her diet with them, so I just followed suit and would give them a bump!

thx for the replies.i was begining to think i was the only whos heard of it...sounds very good but not sure if i like the automatic payment withdrawl every month.
