Just remembered- weirdest thing that happened to my supplement

About 10 years ago, I bought a bottle of Twinlabs Ripped Fuel (when it still had ephedra). A couple days later (after I threw out the receipt) I open the bottle to find... A FEW BROKEN CRAYONS, A COUPLE METAL NUTS, A COUPLE WASHERS!

I imagine this was fairly elaborate to pull off because the bottles are weighed. Someone must have weighed it at home (I would think it would be hard to do at work without being seen- who knows).

So, I call the company (after throwing away the bottle of course!) and they ask for the lot number on the bottle, but I didn't have it. Couldn't do anything for me.

I did some work for twinlab back when they were still located on Long Island. It was a very clean place. The guy who was my contact for the job gave me a box and said take what ever you can fit fit in here. He knew I was a BB hooked me up without me even asking. I loaded the box up with creatine. it was pretty new at the time. I had so much I did like 10 tablespoons a day....lol

I bought an iPod a couple of years back and had the same thing happen. Upon taking the shrink wrap off the box, and opening it I find inside: an old cassette tape, a light switch cover, and some decorative stones (to give it some weight). The only thing I could figure is that someone bought it, took out all the goodies, put junk back in there, shrink wrapped it, and returned it for a full refund.

Sounds like the same thing happened with the Ripped Fuel.
