jay says he eats 800-1000 carbs a day.how the hell does he not get fat?i know everyone is going to say drugs .what do yal think?
 
If ya know everyone is going to say drugs then why ask the question? To start the man is 300lbs. Second, if you've seen other videos of his and seen whats in his fridge door, you'll figure it out.

its a combo of weighing that much, working out all the time sometimes twice a day, cardio, and of course drugs. I would say that growth is even better at keeping fat off on a bulk plan then losing fat on a diet. Being 300 lbs gives one a hell of a lot of leeway too. That much muscle requires a TON of carbs. I myself do not stay filled out unless i am getting a minimum of 800 a day most of the time.
 
These threads crack me up!! Guys, he is at the top of the food chain where we are concerned, he does not train the way we do, he does not supplement the way we do so he does not eat the way we do either!! Not hard to figure out!!
 
The 300lbs is a big help, as well as 20iu's of GH per day. YahYah I know everyone says they know what the pro's use,etc... and I dont claim to, its just this I heard for a fact from someone very close to him. He also loves slin and eats very little fat, so with that much GH, perfect slin timing and lots of it with a low fat diet, he can remain farily lean and always full as hell. BUT, not everyone can get away those carbs even on 20iu's per day.
 
With everything the guy does, uses and the extreme amount of mass he carries I don't even find it that much food considering you have guys who look like half his size eating 500+ grams carbs per day

Please don't speculate on hearsay. If the person you heard it from was so close to Jay, then why would they tell you? Every time someone comes up with "their best friend says...", 99.9% of the time it's a fallacy. Fourthgen you're usually smarter then that man, come on.

bro watch how he eats.....and trains. he eats a lot of clean foods. ones that burn up fast. do you know how many calories it takes just to digest all that food? and at 300 lb......1000 grams isnt a stretch considering he only eats it like 2 days a week. he cycles low med high carbs so @ 300 lb after a low carb day....training....cardio.....1000grams for a day isnt gonna make him the pillsbery dough boy. it actualy gives his metabolism a boost. i dieted like this last year. not 1000 grams but as high as 800 on my high day. works great. you dont know how much he uses. i DO know a well known pro who WE ALL KNOW and i know exactly how much gh he uses......it aint nearly as much as 20iu and this guy is an olympia contender and has gained a lot of size.

The most informed answer has come from FOURTHGEN. I don't know if the numbers he uses are correct but its the supps that he discuss's and their "timing" that he's 100% correct on. Carbs consumed in conjustion with slin and the gh is exactly why he looks the way he does and eats the number of carbs and total calories. He has to be very disciplined to use that protocol which no doubt, he is!
 
Honestly guys, just to give one example, the now notorious km2000 from around here also ate 800 grams of carbs per day in the offseason, he was not on much if anything at all so I really don't see the big fuzz.

There are ripped to shreds 150 lbs guys out there who dont even train who eat that much carbs or more daily

If you want a wow out of this, the difference is jay eats those 800 gr from clean sources mostly which is a lot of food volume as opposed to eating them out of pie or someth

I wasnt even gonna post this b/c I totally understand how annoying it is when people say this shit, lol and how people think the pro's friends are telling them stuff,etc.. I only posted this b/c lets just say it was informed from a guy who is close to Jay and payed him for training advice,etc... But there still is a chance he could have been bullshitting. Lets just put it like this, I would bet 10,000grand on its accuracy, but not my left hand.
 
no one mentions whether or not this is his pre-contest diet or off season diet as i have heard he uses high carb days exclusively off season but cycles carb intake pre-contest the way lucian outlined
 
Man, all this carb talk has got me hungry now. Going to fix me up some peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
 
There is a member on here that i competed against that ran 600g carbs all the way up to the day of the show. He weighed in i think at 216. All depends how you diet and what you take!
