I was talking to Magnum today, and we were going over my prep, ect...and we got on the subject on striated glutes, and how it was more of a genetic thing than anything else..I mean you see guys with striated glutes, but then there upper backs are smooth, or there delts are smooth, ect, ect...So my question is this...What would you rather have....???
A. Striated to hell glutes, but your upper back is slightly soft (and I mean just slightly, not like Nasser or Dillets was) Just not grainy hard, not like yates or Flex...Kinda in the middle...So your glutes are rock hard (think Flex Lewis hard or even now Shelby hard)...Your front side is crazy hard, abs crisp, chest striated to hell, ect, ect...but your back is softer than the rest of you...

B. Glutes just boxed out, but your back grainy hard, and the rest of you grainy to hell...Think Chris Cormeir back in what 98 or so ? Nice and full, pretty damn grainy but not striated glutes...Everything is even thoughout your body...
