Good stuff man! Thanks for sharing. Looking at this guy just makes you wonder how goddamn different a normal man's DNA is compared to him. That is a freak of nature forged from hard-work, and consistency.

Justin Compton has grown so big so fast and hes still a young guy. I remember him a couple years ago and his look his changed dramatically. I respect what it takes to do this. I saw a video of him recently doing very slow negatives on decline bench with 295 and I think thats a great idea. few weeks back I did decline with 295-7x's and hurt my elbows

My theory is high dose use causes one to age faster , esp in face, anything around and over 1.5 seems to start doing this. then again could be bad facial genetics. Sorry if I offend anyone

theres such a thing as doing this too long, id say competive-wise on his doses, he might have five years at these doses, then its time to get off

Guys like dexter started out natural- at least dex claims, and slowly wortked thier way up in dose over the years and now at their peak dose. Id much rather do it slow and steady and come down slow and steady then go full throttle-hey thats just me though and Im not wanting to get massive or anything -classic physique look- haney look- is enough for me, no more than thats thats the very most--but hey again, to each their own

Justin Compton is one of my favorite up and coming bodybuilders. He is so damn big and round for his age.

I too think he looks like he's 40, but if you look around all these huge SOBs that are in their early 20's all look a good 10-15 years older than they really are.

What I like about the Project Bodybuilding shows is all the hosts are cool and have a sense of humor. Makes it fun. Gear'ed up, on the other hand, is good but the hosts often sound grumpy and seem to complain a lot.

He's come a long way since then. I'm sure his "favorite supplements" are a little stronger these days.
