other that drinking shit loads of water are there any supplements or drugs who can help kidney health??im going to run quite a lot of tren so im a bit concerned about this.
 
Kidney health

Cranberry extract, Dandelion root (borh in capsule form, do a search you'll find it), Lemons (great for flushing out toxins in the kidney), Parsley leaves (use as a tea).
 
There isn't really any direct evidence cranberry helps to protect the kidneys from damage due to AAS - which are more due to BP than anything. I think cranberry has been shown to reduce the chance of urinary tract infection and such. It won't hurt though.
 
IMO the best thing you can do for your kidneys is to drink lots of water. all those supps are great and all, but the best "treatment" is just to keep them flushed. 1.5-2 gals water/day is usually sufficient. just keep drinking water unitl you piss clear. keep the piss clear and you are in good shape.

I agree with this, I also take craberry extract, im not 100% if it helps but its so cheap that its worth a shot.

True. It's still a great for kidney stones and overall kidney health:

Published in BJU International, a British urological journal, the study concluded that cranberry juice has anti-lithogenic properties that warrant its consideration as part of a therapeutic protocol in managing calcium oxalate kidney stone formation.
