I recently started to get lower back pain and thougtht nothing of it as I had been doing alot of deadlifts from the floor and have put weight back on. I dieted for a show over 16 weeks i went from 136-140kg down to 114kg (around about show time). I didnt pig out much but found my weight went back upto 130kg fairly quickly( 4weeks after show ).
About a week ago ,my sides started to hurt a little which freaked me out, went to doctors recently and my blood pressure was ok. Im worried my kidneys are stressed out. I have been on gear for a long time but havnt been using that much. Ive stopped everything and will go get my blood checked.
My Question is, what should i ask the doctor to check for?, and do I have stop everything?, or is it my bodyweight that is more likely the problem ie water retention leading to high blood pressure leading to stressed kidneys?
