Who likes the results of this better then traditional mono?

I've been a religous monoyhdrate user for a very long time. I'll be making the switch to Kre-Alkalyn tommorow, I'll share my own experiences after a couple weeks.

Curious as to others experiences.

I believe this is because you simply use less of it. Kre-Alkalyn is just creatine monohydrate blended with bicarbonate, soda ash or some other buffer.
 
I actually prefer the convenience of the Kre-Alkalyn capsules to the liquid, and I find both of them work better for me than the traditional creatine monohydrate. No bloating or cramping like I get with CM, but the same results. PM Phil for a great deal on them.
 
i like KA and CEE more than Mono, i hold less water, dont really need to load, if u wanna make ur creatine more effective, use it b4 workouts, during workouts and pre-cardio as the increased bloodflow allows for passive uptake into the muscles
 
creatine has never done anything for me? why is that? and i mean zero/nada/nothing.
 
I've used it before at the recommended dosage and I didn't really notice a difference. At least not anything that would make me switch from mono.

I have been using this for about a week and I can notice a difference.

Feeling stronger, muscles look and and feel fuller

I am only taking 3 grams a day

fact, cant cite the study as i read it many moons ago but they had people take creatine b4 cardio in which they did the stationary bike but with only one leg and that leg showed greater creatine amounts than the other leg

I think people that eat lots of meat see less effects when they take creatine.

But there must be something else, because probably most people here would see no results if that was all there is to it

Phil, I just picked some up and I was wondering if someone who is 260 + will they need more then the four caps a day?

I use about 6gr on training days, 3 on days off. But everyone is different in what they need.
