Well all the shows (local and national) are coming up in the next months or so....And Im sure some of the new guys on here wanna know what some of us more experiance guys do....here is mine ...
Sunday to Tuesday...
Diet - Normal (already doing low carbs, dont need to do even lower)
Water - Very high intake (2 gallons a day for me)
Sodium - Still using good amount of sodium on everything ...
Cardio - Still some in there, but lowerd cause of how fast your metabolism is (of course this is different for everyone)
Training- More pumping stuff, higher reps, trying to avoid being to sore, or getting injured
Wens to Saturday...
Diet- Carb up (wens, thrus 75 grams each meal, Vartigo, sugar oatmeal, rice) 6 meals to day around 450-500 grams
Friday- Kinda judge this day but around 50 grams per meal, rice cakes, potatoes, are my main sources of carbs....I will put some natural low sodium PB on my rice cakes...Protein on all 3 days is only 4oz. pre meal...Friday night I will have a good steak and potatoe meal (butter, bread ,ect) ....
Water- Wens (2 gallons), Thursday (2 gallons), Friday (1 gallon until 8- 10 pm) No water after that, just slips here and there...
Soduim- no soduim on anything on Wens, Thurs, no sodium on friday unitl the cheat meal (late friday night)....
Saturday morning - I like to have a good breakfest cheat meal of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and 1-2 pancakes with syrup...This is about 6 am for me...Has always worked well for me...I will also have maybe 4oz. of water then nothing after that...
