I am on bottle 10 I believe. At first I was using it as a little snack in between meals and late at night for any sweets cravings. This parlayed into half a tablespoon of PB covered in choc LBA, mmmm. I now use them as two small meals, sometimes one.
A great low carb out the door quick meal is coconut oil covered in choc LBA.
Anyways as far as reults I like the product but it is tough to quantify the effect but I am getting leaner, been doing 2 hour long sessions on non training days and 30-60 mins on training days. I eat more on training days and less on non. I am getting noticably leaner every week and am not loosing any weight. The scale is still 230 everymorning I hop on it.
As far as telling what LBA's are contributing I cannot say exactly. What I can say is they are part of my overall program that is slowly brining me towards what I have envisioned becoming. They are a tool, a freaking great tasting one at that, that provides conveinient on the go ready to consume protein. Last but not least do not over look the hydration bennefits of the glycerol content.
My advice, try them out, be realistic(They are not turn you into Phil Hernon overnight magic bean stalk aminos) and enjoy one of the best tasting supplements you will ever try.
