I started taking supplements a week ago, and I have always been in good shape/avid runner as I am required to do for military service. When I start to run now though about 3-4 miles , my legs just start to kill and feel like they swell up hugely from what I'm guessing is just increased bloodflow. It actually gets to the point where it is pretty painful though, my calves. Anyone else ever had this problem/know what it is/know how to fix it/know if its a big deal? Thanks and let me know. PS I felt great cardiovascularly, my lungs and all weren't a problem - was the first time that I had to stop running cause of my legs getting tired before my lungs.

It could be the increased blood volume getting to the muscle. Sounds more like lactic acid build up. try taking a bit of B6 and see if this helps a little. Drink plenty of water also.
