Ok guys here's my problem, that I think I know the answer to but I would like some reassurance from you all. I am getting ready to go to Miami for a little trip with a couple of buddies, so I started a diet and cardio before the trip. The problem was it was only 5 weeks away, but I started walking and cut my calories by 100 from 2100 every week. I have added in cardio everyday, and I have been doing a ketogenic diet with one carb up meal a week... (I have been doing the anabolic diet for a while) And no I havent really been doing the palumbo diet, the diet I have been on has had more fat and a about 50 to 75 grams less in protein. Most of the time its around 50 grams less.
The problem is now, is that my legs are almost non existant lol, Ive even had some people comment that they have shrank. Do you think the diet was a little too severe and thats why my legs shrank or could it be too much cardio? Im assuming maybe its a combination.
My leg training tends to be heavy, but my wide stance from years of powerlifting, I believe made me rather hip dominant, so Im working on changing that. I have been on a two week cruise on DC training and I swear all my gains have been lost!!!
