Wild then how in less than two years on here I’ve absorbed enough info to understand 0.02mg is just another way to say 20mcg, which somehow you never picked up on in almost 3 decades here.

I have a shit more knowledge than you little do you know I've competed for many years in middle weight and have gotten first place many times against over 20 people in my class.so you have no clue what I know on don't know.your basing your answer on one question just stop replying go to another thread there are plenty stay put of mine

I started by saying I don’t think you should be taking any of this stuff if you can’t even figure out the basics (such as 0.02mg being 20mcg). So I really didn’t attempt to deviate, but this seems to be where our convo has lead

I don’t think you’re a bad person, and I hope you don’t think that anything I said was implying that because it’s not what I believe. However, with how long you’ve been at this contrasted with some of your post I think you need to take a step back and assess some things. All I'm saying. I’ll leave it there and not derail further.
