Ok Guys hope everyone 1 had a great New Years....... any help or suggestions would be appreciated. This is my first cycle I'm 49yrs old 260 Lbs been lifting since I was 17 off and on, been serious and steady for about the last 3 years. Starting a bulking cycle that looks like this.
Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test
Week 1 to 6: 40mg/day of D-bol
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
Clenbuterol for PCT
I'm going to use 23G 1.5 pins and do spot injections in the glutes,delts and quads. Never injected before but it seems like it might be hard to hit the glutes Also will keep my diet up to around 5000-5500 calories a day mostley egg whites,oats,chicken breasts,steak,rice and or potatoes and vegies and and will throw in some muscle milk, a couple servings a day that is 638 cal per serving, and might even throw some type of weight gainer in if I'm having trouble reaching calories that day. I will be hitting the gym as follows.
Mon- Chest,delts,triceps
Tues- off
Wed- Back,biceps,abs
Thurs-off
Fri- Quads, Hams, Calves
And on off days depending on how I feel will do some cardio. I will lift heavy about 4-6 reps
Sets per workout
(Chest) 9-10
(triceps) 6-8
(Back) 8-10
(Biceps) 6-8
(Shoulders) 5-6
(Legs) 9-10
I do have a question on my lifting was wondering if I should lower my sets on all body parts a little? Well hope I didn't forget any thing any comments or suggestions would be greatley appreciated.
