Liquid Beef Amino's And Appetite

Do the liquid beef amino's help to suppress the appetite at all when dieting? I keep reading posts where the subject advises that he replaces real food/protein sources with the liquid beef amino's. That is great, but when I reduce calories my appetite drastically increases (as do most people's). So do the liquid beef amino's hold off hunger for awhile after ingesting them?

They are not intended as a replacement for protein in your diet. It isnt called a supplement for nothing.
You take them in between meals. For me they make me sweat like hell and increase my hunger. Furthermore they make me able to eat less protein than i did before and make better improvements than before.

YES, YOU CAN USE THEM AS YOUR ONLY PROTEIN SOURCE AS I DID FOR THE 1995 USA. THEY CURBED MY HUNGER YES, MADE ME LEANER AND I ADDED MORE MUSCLE.......NOT A BAD THING.
 
Iwas going to say something about this...I have noticed I do not eat as much when I am taking LBAs 3 times a day.

Can you give us an example of exactly how much LBA's you consumed on a day as your only protein source?

Side note: My favorite meal right now, that tops absolutely everything is 2 serv. of oatmeal (instant, packs with water in microwave) then I stir in about 4-6 Tbl. spoons of Vanilla LBA's. It's hard to stop eating!
 
usually what happens through out the day is I get hungry, so I just dump about 4 Tbl spoons or more into a glass and dilute it with water and drik it down...than takes care of the hunger for a while, then i eat a solid meal about 1.5 hours after the LBAs.
 
They make me less hungry when I use them 3-4 times a day too.

I love vanilla LBA's in my morning coffee! There also great in iced coffee.

My favorite so far is: 16oz skim milk, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1 banana, lots of cinnamon, and 2oz LBA's blended.
 
I used LBAs as my only protein source for 2 months while cutting. I am more than pleased with the results.

i know that whey protein denatures at 88 degrees (not sure for beef protein) so would it be a good idea putting it in a coffee or hot drink? The coffee will still be around the 88 degree figure when put in there surely

JUST BECAUSE A PROTEIN IS " DENATURED" DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT IS LESS ASSIMILATED.

denaturing in some cases does stop assimilation and in some cases it doesnt. in eggs it is different as if a cooked egg hits the digestive system your stomach acids denature it to get the protein down to its most simple form.

would this be the same as amino acids from beef?

this would be more rare with powder forms of protein as usually any protein that has been denatured should have been filtered out before packaging so you'd be fine but i wonder if this is the same case in liquid form.
 
I take my Lba's and you can guarantee that I am starving 20-40 minutes later!:D
 
I was at Costco and my wife kept insisting to me, try this salsa! I said if I do that I won't stop eating:( Lucky thing I brought my Lba's, When I got to the car I had my servings and it held me off till I got home. I was super hungry by that time!:D
 
bump to what others have said, I use the lba's to make myself get hungry
