I think that the main reason some of us have a hard time using creatine is that we use "old generation creatines". Like the one's by EAS and other brands. Just look at the product, it's so thick, it looks like sand or Salt or sugar. In my case this stuff just sits in my stomach and makes me feel sick. For others, they just take too much creatine, which along with a high protein diet, increases the levels of creatinine in the kidneys (this is toxic waste) and may cause some kidney pressure (remember how it feels to take very high doses of EQ ?---that kind of pressure---).
I find that "new generation creatines" are more digestible. So Liquid works well, but what else is in it ? I preffer to use MICRONIZED CREATINE (same as the regular powder , it's just that it is pulverized) easier to mix and digest. My favoryte brand is The HDT micronized creatine.
